Case Study: AQMS National Moving

 

The partnership with AQMS National Moving Company has been a great strategic project for our team here at TSI. Our role is defined to assist AQMS with back office support functions as well as handling their inbound reception services. During normal business hours, TSI will answer and transfer all calls from an inbound basis to the local staff in the US. In addition, this team of 15 facilitate all of the needed invoicing, scheduling and dispatch for AQMS while ensuring their additional customer service needs are met.
